Yey! It’s long weekend so I got couple of days to blog about my pending reviews and travels. On top of my list is the Diamond Orange Peel and L-Glutathione soap. To know more about my experience with this soap, please read along.
To start of, here’s another soap review for ya’ll. Almost a month ago I started using the Diamond Orange Peel and L-Glutathione soap and today I’m ready to share my experience and my honest-to-goodness opinion with this soap. This came across my research again as an effective soap that gives you rosy white skin and helps reduces acne marks, pimples, blackheads and other skin impurities. As mentioned on my previous posts, these are exactly the skin problems I am having plus uneven skin tone.
Unlike other soaps that I previously tried, this soap is a little bit expensive. Thank goodness it is a square shape soap which I can cut into 4 pieces to make it last longer.
Nothing really special. It’s an Orange Package just like most whitening soaps in the market today. But the package looks neat though plus it has all the product details. Not so bad.
What it Claims:
A specialty soap that combines the nourishing properties of Orange Peel Extract with the whitening power of L-Glutathione.
- It deep cleanses, unclog pores, calms acne prone skin, lightens dark spots, and brightens overall complexion.
- Clinically proven to exfoliate, whiten and refine the skin in as little as 1 week!
- Achieve fair, smooth, healthy, even-toned skin.
At first use, It did not sting at all, no skin irritation, or whatsoever. Also, I have to say that this soap really smells so good. It smells like pure orange juice for me and makes me feel fresh after every bath. According to the direction, you can let it sit on your skin for 1-2 minutes then rinse it off, that’s what I did. I use it both on my face and body and so far I am loving this soap. It’s a bit drying but not too much like other whitening soaps I’ve tried.
I have used this soap for almost a month and this is my favorite soap by far. Not only it did not give me skin irritation but also it gives me good results. I noticed that my acne marks lightens and my boyfriend noticed that too. There’s no drastic change on my skin tone though but I know it lightens a bit and I believe I’ll get the maximum result once I continuously use it for couple of months. I failed to take a before and after photo but I’ll tell you with no bias that this soap really does what it claims.
- Package shows details product information including expiry date.
- I did not experience acne breakouts, redness, and other skin irritation.
- It doesn’t melt fast.
- Smells good like fresh orange juice.
- Helped lighten my acne marks problem.
- My skin tone lighten.
- Expensive for a bar of soap (PHP 143/bar)
- The package doesn’t look catchy.
But clearly, the pros overpower the cons. This soap is worth every cent.
Where to buy:
Available in all leading supermarkets, groceries and department stores nationwide.
Will I repurchase?
Absolutely! I just bought another bar for my mom and I am thinking of keeping stocks of this soap for maintenance.
Overall, I love this product so much and I would definitely recommend this to someone who has same skin problems like mine or to those who want to lighten their skin tone. This bar is maybe a bit expensive for a soap but I’ll tell you it’s worth the price. This soap clearly does what it claims but then again what works for me may not work for others and vise versa. Remember to always follow directions.
Should there be questions or stories you want to share, lemme know on the comment section down below. See you on my next post!
Thanks a lot!
This is not a sponsored post. I bought the products using my own money. I am also no skin expert and it’s best if you will seek professional advise.
***Update as of June:
This is still my favorite whitening soap by far. Even my mom and dad loves it. Whenever I try different soaps but did not get my desired results, I always went back to this one. This is my go-to soap. My skin is a shade lighter now, thanks to Diamond Orange Peel and L-Glutathione soap. This is definitely one for the books!
